Like the Health and Safety Committee this too is a joint committee of both Union and
Company representatives. The committee meets every two weeks to evaluate any job books
that are submitted for either re-evaluation of an existing job or to determine the
category of any new bargaining unit job. The members of the committee receive training
as to how the evaluation process works to enable them to do the examination of the books.
