This committee is also joint in nature with the company. The committee is responsible for
overseeing the operation of the Employee Assistance Programme which is provided by an
outside source. The committee reviews such things as the number of users and in general
terms what areas of assistance are being used or not as well as making recommendations
on any new services that might be needed. The committee operates with statistics only.
